My connection to painting sunsets began at a very young age. As a child, I was always drawing and painting completely absorbed in art. During one Sunday school lesson, I remember asking what happens when you die. The priest, knowing how much I loved creating, gave me an answer that stayed with me. He told me that when an artist dies, they are allowed to paint the sunset. Something about that idea stayed with me. From that moment on, I became fascinated by sunsets watching them, studying the colours, and trying to recreate them again and again. What started as curiosity quickly became an obsession.

Even now, that same feeling hasn’t changed. I’m still drawn to the light, the colour shifts, and the atmosphere they create.
